Our Team

  • Clay Morse (He/They)

    FOUNDING DIRECTOR

Clay started Rainbow Community House in 2019 to better address the mental health needs of queer young people. Although there are mainstream services that do cater to the queer community, they do not always do so as effectively as they intend to. It was important to Clay that Rainbow Community House be a 100% queer based service drawing on his own experience growing up without access to any type of queer mental health support or support from school or family as well. They are proud of the work that this organisation does and will continue to do into the future.

On a personal note, Clay enjoys reading, cooking, hiking and travelling.

  • Gwyn (They/She/He)

    RECEPTIONIST

Gwyn is Rainbow Community House’s receptionist, and is probably the first person you talk to when you come in (or email, or call). Gwyn supports young people with scheduling appointments and keeps RCH running smoothly, all while keeping the front of house candy bowl replenished! They care about creating a space where people feel at ease and attended to, where people are free to be themselves. Gwyn is always happy to answer questions, and provide tea and coffee.

Gwyn’s spare time goes towards their hobby of seeking out books and other collectables. They’re also constantly watching, reading, or playing something new
