We have knowledgable staff who have experience working in LGBT+ youth mental health, and who are eager to share this knowledge and help improve services.

We can offer a combined community and clinical perspective with our consulting services.

With our consultancy we also emphasise the intersections within the community, particularly when it comes to disability.

Auditing

• Looking over things such as referral forms, processes and resources, and providing feedback

Education

• Providing education and a non-judgemental space to be curious, ask questions, and learn

• Discussion with clinicians and practitioners about their practice

• Providing things like presentations or panels

Suggestions for improving a service or organisation

• Based on a review, we can provide suggestions on how to improve a service or approach, to better meet the needs of LGBT+ youth

Engagement

• We are open to engagement opportunities related to the work that Rainbow Community House does

As we seek to provide a tailored service with consultation, there is no set cost. Cost may vary depending on the level of work involved.

We also consider impact and capacity, and need in the community. We encourage you to get in contact with your idea, and we will go from there. We are happy to offer reduced cost or in-kind agreements; particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and small organisations or community groups.
