Our Services
Rainbow Community House offers low-cost counselling services for people who identify as LGBTQIA+ or questioning, and who are 12-25 years old. Clients are also able to access support from a social worker.

Once a referral is accepted and a counsellor is available, clients are offered a package of 24 sessions with one of our counsellors. After 24 sessions, you may have a 3 month break from our service before being added back to the waitlist.
Sessions are typically fortnightly but can be less frequent. Sessions may be more frequent, at the discretion and availability of your counsellor.

We believe that finances should not be a barrier to accessing counselling and support.
We use a sliding scale and base session costs on income and funding resources. The most someone would pay for a session is $120, and the least is fully subsidised (free).

We accept self-referrals and referrals from professionals (GP’s, support services, schools etc).
